We process information you provide when contacting or instructing us, including contact, identity, family, property, employment, business, contractual, financial and case-related information. Sensitive data is processed only where necessary and where a valid legal basis exists.

Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to enquiries, prepare and perform engagements, communicate with relevant parties, invoice services, comply with legal obligations, protect our systems and establish or defend legal claims. The applicable basis may be pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent.

Recipients and international transfers
Data is shared only where necessary with service providers, qualified partners, authorities, courts, banks, insurers, notaries or other parties involved in your matter. Transfers outside the EEA take place only with a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are normally deleted within twelve months of the last contact. Engagement records are retained for the period required by limitation, accounting, tax and professional documentation rules.

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Security, cookies and updates
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. We currently do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Technical logs may be processed to operate and secure the website. This policy may be updated when our services or legal requirements change.
